Rapunzel cupcakes

This past week I made some cupcakes and a giant cupcake for my nieces 6th b-day!  We did a Rapunzel tower theme on the giant cupcake and put little pascals and braided Rapunzel hair on the cupcakes.  So cute!!

Three cakes in one week!!!!!

Well technically four but the fourth one was a dive in cake that was a giant cupcake.  But yes three cakes in one week!!  crazy busy!  I loved every minute of it........ok well not the moments that I was stressing trying to take care of two very beautiful but needy kids! ;)

So I got an order for a cake a while ago for my friends little boys 1st birthday!  it was a fishing theme and was the last cake I did this week!  here it is.  I also did the dive in cake for him!  he loved it by the way!

The next request I got was for my other friends little girls 6th birthday and she had been wanting a Rapunzel tower cake ever since I did one for my little girls birthday!  It turned out so stinkin cute!

On Tuesday night of this week I got a text from a cousin whose daughter just told her that night that she "had to have" a castle cake!  So she asked if I could do it for her for that coming up Thursday!  I said "Of course!"  I think it turned out really cute. 

Now you all know I LOVE doing these cakes!  I love to provide something super special for whatever you need to do!  so PLEASE think of me for your next party, wedding or whatever!  I am reasonably priced especially for what you get!  but remember what I can give you, you cannot get at walmart or anywhere else that has cheaper cakes!  call or message me on my Facebook page for more info!  Oh I haven't done a wedding cake yet but I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to do one!  That might scare some of you...it being my first and all...but I promise you won't regret it!

Purple & zebra striped cakes

This cake was for my niece whose bedroom is decorated the same way. we did a 13" double layer chocolate cake on the bottom with peanut butter buttercream for the filling which turned out PHENOMENAL!! the top tier is an 8" chocolate with the same filling. yes I did the zebra stripes myself and am so please with how they turned out!! really think I did a great job on there! and yes I am tooting my own horn.

Newest and by far coolest cake

OK I can't really say that it is by far the coolest cake, because I have loved all the cakes I have done. But it is a killer cake! I have been working on this one since last Sunday and have only been able to tell you all about it now because it was a surprise to my mother in law who is friends with me on Facebook, so I am sure that if I had said anything about it, she would have guessed that it was for her! I have been wanting to talk about it all week long, because this has been a very time consuming and at times frustrating cake to do!! but here it is!! I know you will all love it. ENJOY!

Cakes I have made so far

First cake I attempted was a doozy! It was for my Daughters 3rd birthday and she is obsessed with the movie Tangled! needless to say so was I so I didn't have a problem making this cake for her! It is a tower cake based off of Rapunzel's tower. hope you like it!

It turned out pretty amazing although there are a few things I would have done a bit differently given the chance to do it again! :)

Second cake was for a friends son's 5th bday. needless to say when you see the cake you will understand that he is quite taken with superheros! I incorporated spiderman, superman and batman.

The cake to the right was the one I did for my sons 1st bday! I didn't want to go to extreme with his because he wouldn't know the difference right? well wait til you see his next birthday cake.









I also made him a monkey face cake just for him to dive into. he was extremely excited about that, but he got into it after a few minutes.

The latest one I made was for a Jungle themed baby shower! This one I think turned out so stinkin cute. It wasn't what I originally planned but i think it turned out better that what I wanted.


Now all I need to do is clean up after myself and get better pictures of the cakes!!
